Zoey​ Howzer (voiced by Soleil Moon Frye) is a character from the Disney Channel's The Proud Family.

History

She is Penny's nerdy, insecure and timid friend. She is very insecure about her looks and wants to be accepted. Zoey is known for being a follower and Penny often has to talk sense into her. Zoey is the only non-Hispanic white character in the main cast of the show.

Physical Appearance

Penny's nerdy Irish friend. Zoey has red hair, braces, glasses, freckles, and is tall. She shows low self-esteem at times, and always tries to show others that she's not all nerd. Zoey loves animals and has a scratchy voice. Her mother is a limousine driver while her aunt is a lawyer. Zoey really wants to dance well, but she does not believe she can. When she competes in a dance battle, she does quite a good job and her team wins.</span>
