Wilmer Valderrama (born January 30, 1980) is a Venezuelan/Colombian-American actor and television personality who is best known for his role as Fez on the Fox sitcom That '70s Show, hosting the MTV series Yo Momma, and voicing the character of Manny in the children's show Handy Manny. In 2010, Valderrama guest-starred on Disney Channel's series Wizards of Waverly Place, playing the role of Theresa Russo's brother, Ernesto.
When providing Manny's voice, Valderrama uses his actual speaking voice (which is much lower in pitch, especially when compared to his earlier role as Fez on That '70s Show). He played Kyle Diaz in the ABC TV show Grey's Anatomy.
