Wayne Anthony Allwine (February 7, 1947 - May 18, 2009) was an American voice actor for Mickey Mouse, making him the third official voice, and a foley artist for the Disney Company, from The All New Mickey Mouse Club in 1977 until his death in 2009.

He was also the voice of one of the Thugs in the 1986 film The Great Mouse Detective. He even provided the voice of Bill the Lizard at one point, and for provided the voice of Otto the Dog in Mickey's Christmas Carol.

His final roles as Mickey Mouse were in the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse episode "Goofy Babysitter" and the video game Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days which were released after his death, with Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days dedicated to him in loving memory. 

He was married to Russi Taylor, who currently voices Minnie Mouse

In 2013, his voice was also used in the video game Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX.
