Trivia[]

  • While almost all the characters from Disney's animated properties (e.g. Mickey Mouse, Doc, Bashful, Happy, Sneezy, Br'er Fox, José Carioca, White Rabbit, Mad Hatter, March Hare, Fifer Pig, Snow White, Thumper, Pinocchio, Cinderella, Peter Pan, Alice) have all been recast by different voice actors in this record album, Pinto Colvig (Practical Pig, Goofy, Pluto, Grumpy), Clarence Nash (Donald Duck), Nick Stewart (Br'er Bear), Johnny Lee (Br'er Rabbit), and Jimmy MacDonald (Jaq and Gus) are the only original voice actors to reprise their roles as their respective Disney characters in this record album. However, Pinto Colvig's voice for Grumpy on this album is different compared to the voice he uses for him in the original Snow White film.
  • This marks the first and only time Stan Freberg voices Mickey Mouse.
  • This also marks one of the rare times that Dumbo actually talks. (Here, he is also voiced by Stan Freberg.)
  • This also marks the first and only time in history where Pinocchio is voiced by a woman instead of an actual little boy (Here, he is voiced by June Foray). This is despite the fact that during production of the original Pinocchio film in 1940, Walt Disney himself refused the idea of Pinocchio being voiced by an adult and insisted the character to be voiced by an actual child.
  • This also marks the only time where both Thumper and Peter Pan are voiced by a woman (here, they are both voiced by June Foray).
