Valentin "Val" Bettin (born August 1, 1923) is an American voice actor who is known for using an English accent in all of his roles.

He voiced Dr. David Q. Dawson in the 1986 Disney animated film, The Great Mouse Detective. He also voiced The Sultan of Agrabah in The Return of Jafar (1994), Aladdin and the King of Thieves (1996) and the Aladdin television series, replacing the late Douglas Seale.
