Uther Pendragon is a minor character in the 1963 film The Sword in the Stone. He had an fundamental importance in the movie, although he never made an appearance physically, as at the beginning he was dead. He was considered like a good king. After his death, his sword was placed on a sword in the hope of to find a good and noble successor. This successor was Arthur Pendragon, his own lost son.
