The DVD version restores those 3 scenes in order. First off, there's this part where McBadger confronts the angry townspeople who are suing J. Thaddeus Toad. Another one of the 3 was when in the papers where McBadger, Rat and Mole are reopening Toad's case. And finally, there's the part that is originally cutted off in both the reissue AND the VHS versions, a part of the introduction was cut because of the new music added. In The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, the introduction of Ichabod Crane was restored. However, the RKO logo and the opening credits for the movie. By now that I got The Wind in the Willows and The Legend of Sleepy Hollow on VHS, those scenes were cutted off.
