I don't blame you for not knowing the answer to this, but if you do, give me the answer.

In Disney's "Robin Hood", how come the two church mice, Sexton Mouse and Little Sister, call each other "father" and "mother" (respectively) if A: they are married and can't be each other's parents and B: they don't appear to have any kids? At least Friar Tuck doesn't call them by those names, but by their actual names.
