BUT HE WAS RUDE TO MIKE!!!!
Ok fine! He may be a abrupt and straight to the point while giving guidance to Mike, but see beyond the big picture. Mike almost got killed towards the end of the film. I think deep down inside, he actually cares about Mike and doesn't want him hurt. Not everyone is going to give belly rubs. They don't have time for that nonsense. I see him as basically trying to get it through Mike's head that he's just not cut out for this line of work.
In my opinion, at the end of the film there should have been a scene where Worthington sorta pulls an Marlin the Clownfish number on Mike. Perhaps he goes in the wooden door after Sullivan to help him reason Mike outta being stupid.
BUT HE PULLED A STUNT ON THE OKS AT THE ROR FRAT HOUSE!!!!
Well c'mon! Whenever you get frustrated with someone trying too hard to be something that they are not, wouldn't you do things to get it through their heads?
Sometimes, you have to put yourself in the villain's shoes and see things from their perspective.
