Tzi Ma (born June 10, 1962) is a Hong Kong born American actor who played The Dragon in Once Upon a Time, Agent Kwan Chen in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., and Will Chang in Million Dollar Arm. He also appeared in other ABC Studios TV shows.
