Anthony Marcus "Tony" Shalhoub is a Lebanese-American actor who is best known for his roles as Antonio Scarpacci on the NBC sitcom, Wings, as Alexander Minon in the Spy Kids films, and as Adrian Monk on the USA Network/ABC Studios comedy-drama detective mystery series, Monk.
He voiced Jerry Valentine on the ABC sitcom, Dinosaurs, The Emir in the Gargoyles episode Grief, and Luigi in the 2006 Disney/Pixar film, Cars, and later reprised the role in Cars 2 and Cars 3. He also played Kevin Conway in the 1998 Touchstone Pictures film, A Civil Action, and Tommy Sanz in the 2004 Touchstone Pictures film, The Last Shot.
