Timothy Lewis Matthieson (December 31, 1947) is an American actor and television director, who is best best known for his roles such as Eric "Otter" Stratton in the comedy film National Lampoon's Animal House and of Vice President John Hoynes in the NBC drama The West Wing. He has had a variety of other well-known roles, including providing the voice of the lead character in the animated series Jonny Quest.
For Disney, he played Captain Braddock in the Epcot attraction ride Body Wars.
