That's where you edit in source mode, which is editing the computer code in your article. With classic editor if you look to the top right you'll see the words "switch" and "visual". Click on "source" and insert or erase the heading of your image in the "image" section of the infobox. With visual editor you click on the arrow pointing down next to three lines. Click on "source editor". Same as before in classic editor.
