  • So, I've decided to work on some articles, particularly MCU ones, and I ran into an issue. As I understand it, the Cinematic universe is entirely different from the Animated universe. But on many of these articles (take Thor Odinson for instance) seem to meld the info from these two universes as if they were the same.

It's quite confusing, so much that I thought that they were shared universes, which basically is (unwittingly) relaying false information, which ruins the point of the wiki. Does anyone have suggestions on ways we could use as a standard to separate them for characters who appear in both universes (and possibly others?? although its just the MAU i'm seeing)?

On other wikis I know, like the Final Fantasy wiki, they make a new page entirely (like Cloud Strife and then Cloud Strife's appearance in a non-canon spin-off series). But I don't want to go around sprouting a bunch of new pages when there's other options.

    • who knows, the crossover only works if the guion is good, in other circunstances simply stinks, for example i want to see someone of the disney princess holding mjolnir

    • I have a wiki, the Warner Bros character wiki.

Let me show you the pages for the Justice League members.

      Superman's page:

      http://warner-bros-characters.wikia.com/wiki/Superman

      Batman's page:

      http://warner-bros-characters.wikia.com/wiki/Batman

      Wonder Woman's page:

      http://warner-bros-characters.wikia.com/wiki/Wonder_Woman

      The Flash's page:

      http://warner-bros-characters.wikia.com/wiki/The_Flash

      Hal Jordan's page:

      http://warner-bros-characters.wikia.com/wiki/Hal_Jordan

As you can see, in my wiki, every appearance of a character in a Warner Bros movie or TV show is listed under the same page for the character.

This wiki uses the same method: every appearance of Thor in Disney movies and TV shows is listed in the Thor page, every appearance of Hulk in Disney movies and TV shows is listed in the Hulk page, every appearance of Iron Man in Disney movies and TV shows is listed in the Iron Man page, every appearance of Captain America in Disney movies and TV shows is listed in the Captain America page, and every appearance of Black Widow in Disney movies and TV shows is listed in the Black Widow page.

Why are the animated shows, Avengers Assemble and Guardians of the Galaxy, mirroring the live action movies?
