To be honest, I discovered this days ago with Pixar (and by accident, no less. I was looking up articles relating to DreamWorks ripping off Pixar films/Disney films). And yeah, that is somewhat sickening. Honestly, we've really got to do a lot of shaking up in Disney, replace many bad workers with those who actually respect their workers without catering to Unions (since Unions tend to be just as bad to the workers they are supposed to be protecting), even if it means having to go all the way to the top for the cleaning process.
Walt Disney is no communist, no socialist, and he probably wouldn't have been pro-Union either, yet even he would have been quite disgusted with how various employees are being treated right now (to say less of some other practices Disney has been supporting thanks largely to Eisner, ie, Gay Days at Disney World) and caving to Democrat politicians who have an axe to grind regarding exposing things that might harm Clinton (like Rob Iger and Michael Eisner's rather despicable and cowardly dithering regarding Path to 9/11). This is why we need to have Disney, heck, most leftist-dominated companies, give extensive background resumes for getting a job, and not give promotions to anyone unless they have been proven to be exceptional not only in their work, but also in their character, not simply promoting those they view as friends even if they are extremely unethical like what Michael Eisner and Rob Iger did. The same goes for right wing companies as well, though they're a bit more trustworthy regarding ethical stuff.
And yes, this definitely needs a lot more attention.
