You know how sometimes there's a certain work of art that's similar to an earlier popular one, you enjoy that secondary one instead of the popular original one, but the secondary one is the one you got to know more? Well, I have felt this way a few certain times. My best example is the Smurfs/Snorks thing. I love "Snorks" and but didn't get into "Smurfs" very well. But since this is a Disney wiki, I'll discuss a Disney related example; the "101 Dalmatians/Aristocats" issue. Now please don't take this the wrong way, I'm not saying I hate "101 Dalmatians" because I don't. When I was a kid, I didn't know about the orders of when Disney movies coming out, nor of popularity. If I enjoyed something, that's all that mattered. I saw "The Aristocats" first, understood the concept, and became comfortable with it. I also thought the characters were fun and it had a moderate amount of developed characters. I also really liked how the characters actually fought the villain in the end. Not that I thought "101 Dalmatians" was bad, it just felt like there were WAY too many characters, and I thought the story wasn't entirely strong, at least in terms of a moral for the characters. I thought the movie was nice, but not great. I guess there was something about it that wore off too quickly for me. And I felt the same way with other films or shows, sadly on the "wrong" end; like the "Ichabod and Mr. Toad" segments, or the Roger Rabbit/Bonkers issue, and like I said, Smurfs/Snorks. If any of you feel the same way I do, I hope I can support you.
