T'Chaka

T'Chaka was the original Black Panther and king of Wakanda.

T'Chaka was the ruler of Wakanda until one night during a ceremony, M'Baku the Man-Ape arrived and challenged him to a duel. His son, T'Challa advised not accept, he instead decides to accepts the challenge. T'Chaka shows his skills and in a couple of moves manages to defeat M'Baku. However, M'Baku stands up and uses Klaw's Sonic Weapon to confuse T'Chaka and beat him to death. Despite his physical death, he stills lives in the memories of his son.

Captain America: Civil War

After an incident, in Lagos a place in Wakanda, T'Chaka called for a system to put in place to regulate the actions of the Avengers. However, during the United Nations world meeting with his son T'Challa despite his son's best efforts so save him, he died in a bomb that was set by Baron Zemo.
