The Supervisor of the Martians is the main antagonist in the 2011 motion-capture film Mars Needs Moms. She is the ruler of the Martians and hardly actually uses real words, but she was portrayed by Mindy Sterling.

She kidnaps Milo's mother to steal her "momness." She apparently knew that martians once lived and raised their children like humans, but lied about it.

She is arrested at the end of the film and she is put on nanny duty.
