Steven Jay "Steve" Blum (pronounced "bloom") is an American voice actor known for his distinctive, raspy voice. He is best known for his extensive voice work in anime, western animation, and video games, including Spike Spiegel in Cowboy Bebop, TOM from Adult Swim's Toonami block, Vilgax and Ghostfreak in Ben 10, Starscream in Transformers: Prime, Amon/Noatak in the Avatar: The Last Airbender television spin-off The Legend of Korra, and the titular character in the Crash Bandicoot video game franchise.

For Disney, he voiced the Hammerhead Guard in the original Lilo & Stitch movie. He also voiced Sparky, Felix, and BooGoo in the Stitch! anime; Wolverine and additional voices in Marvel Disk Wars: The Avengers; Blunk, Raythor, and Kurt in W.I.T.C.H.; other additional voices in Lilo & Stitch: The Series; Wolverine, Red Skull, Beta Ray Bill, and Ogre in The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes; Wolverine, Beetle, Doc Samson, and Ka-Zar in Ultimate Spider-Man; Devil Dinosaur in Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H.;  Garazeb Orrelios, Alton Kastle, Amda Wabo, and additional voices in Star Wars Rebels; General Outrage and additional voices in Wander Over Yonder; Makucha in The Lion Guard; Kang in Avengers Assemble; Attila in Tangled: The Series; and Ape-bus in Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero. Additionally, he voiced Jolly Roger in Pirates of the Caribbean Online and Garazeb Orrelios in Disney INFINITY: 3.0 Edition and Star Wars Rebels: Recon Missions.[1]
