Wally: Slender, tall, lean, anthropomorphic weasel, long brown hair, dark lavender purple hat with a very dark purple stripe, dark cocoa brown suit jacket, tan brown sagging pants with belt, purple shirt Spud: Obese, stout, bare-footed, gray pants with belt and a light blue long-sleeved shirt with only a button tucked in, brown jacket, red curly wig-like hair, light tan hat with a black stripe

Stealing Pete's R.V., his house & other stuff, kidnapping Max,
Wally: His butt burned by Pete's refrigerator in his RV, Spud: Being called a punk by P.J. Both: Getting arrested by the Police (but it's too late),

Gets thrown off of a bridge in the river with Pete's RV by P.J. & Max (
O, R-V, I N-V U) Drives off when they refuse to fix Pete's house ( A Nightmare on Goof Street) Gets arrested by the Spoonerville Police ( The Good, the Bad and the Goofy)

They're the two crooks who literally steal Pete's house in "A Nightmare on Goof Street", who makes off with his RV and kidnaps Max in "O, R-V, I N-V U", and holds him for a ransom in "The Good, the Bad, and the Goofy", in which they are finally incarcerated.
Even though their personalities were as dimwitted, stupid, mean and cruel, but they are described in the latter of the episodes as "two of the most wanted crooks in the country".
The Good, the Bad and the Goofy
