Sir Arthur Conan Doyle (May 22, 1859 - July 7, 1930) was a Scottish physician and writer, most noted for his stories about detective Sherlock Holmes, who has been adapted into Disney media. He is also known for his novel The Lost World. Winifred Fletcher even has Sherlock Holmes novels written by Doyle. He was even been portrayed by Roy Dotrice in Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color.
