Timon and Pumbaa find bugs in a patch of water. The two get in the water to catch the bugs but instead they find gold rocks. Then, Claim Jumper Quint shows up and wants to take the rocks. Timon and Pumbaa insist that he keeps them until he tells the two that they can buy bugs with the rocks. Timon and Pumbaa now want Quint to leave so they can have the rocks, but Quint says that he now owns the forest.
Timon and Pumbaa try to find a way to stop Quint from stealing the gold rocks and Timon suggests that he becomes Robin Hood and Pumbaa becomes Little Hog. Timon and Pumbaa now try various ways to stop Claim Jumper Quint but nothing works. Then Timon pretends to be a woman with the meerkat on top and Pumbaa at the bottom. Timon talks to Quint while Pumbaa sneakily takes the bag of rocks. The two then run away.
Pumbaa gives the gold rocks to the forest animals, but Timon wants to use them to buy bugs. Pumbaa then suggests that Timon challenges Claim Jumper Quint to a competition. Timon does so and Quint says that the winner of the competition can keep the gold rocks and Pumbaa says that the winner can take what's behind curtain number three.
Timon and Claim Jumper Quint have a competition and they have a tie. Quint suggests that they flip a coin with Quint doing tales and Timon doing heads. Quint flips the coin and it lands on heads, so Quint wins. He then sees what is behind curtain number three, and there is nothing in there. Pumbaa pushes a rope and gold rocks fall on Quint.
