Robert Guillaume (November 30, 1927 - October 24, 2017) was an American stage and television actor who performed the voice of Rafiki in The Lion King and reprised that role in subsequent projects. In 1996, he played the roles of Wilkes in First Kid and Agent Steve Bishop in Spy Hard. He also voiced Dr. Vincent Parker in The Proud Family and Ben in The Adventures of Tom Thumb and Thumbelina.
