Raviv "Ricky" Ullman (born January 24, 1986) is an Israeli-American actor and musician who is best known for playing as Phil Diffy in the Disney Channel Original Series Phil of the Future. He also played Roscoe in the 2004 Disney Channel Original Movie Pixel Perfect and Eric in the 2005 animated Disney Channel Original Movie Kim Possible Movie: So the Drama. He guest-starred as Jake Haskell in the Disney Channel Original series That's So Raven and in the animated Disney Channel Original Series Phineas and Ferb as additional voices. He is also a member of the Disney Channel Circle of Stars and sang "A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes" from Cinderella.
