Planet Turo is a location seen in the Lilo & Stitch franchise. It is where the Grand Councilwoman lives and works. The planet itself has never been viewed from space, however.
In Leroy & Stitch, Stitch becomes the new captain of the Galactic Armada and rendezvouses with the Grand Councilwoman at Turo. She then gives Stitch the task to recapture Dr. Hämsterviel, who had been broken out of prison with Gantu's help. She then shows Stitch the B.R.B. 9000, which he will use to fly into outer space and seek out Hämsterviel. Turo is later overthrown by Hämsterviel and his Leroy army. In the end, however, Hämsterviel and the Leroy clones are defeated, and Turo is reinstated.
