Phillip "Phil" LaMarr is an American actor, voice actor, comedian, and impressonist well known for characters such as Samurai Jack in the Cartoon network/Adult Swim franchise of the same name, Hector Con Carne from Evil Con Carne, Vamp from the Metal Gear Solid series and as Kevin Washington in Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, as Ramza in the PlayStation Portable port Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions, as Sam B. in the Dead Island series and Hermes Conrad from Futurama. He also guest-starred as Hawk in Big Time Rush.

He provided the voice for Carver Descartes in the Disney television series The Weekenders, and is currently the voice for Phoebus, whom he voiced in Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance (filling in for Kevin Kline). He also voices one of the Guys in the park in Phineas and Ferb and Goigoi in The Lion Guard. He also played Dr. Holloway in the ABC TV show Castle, Archie in the ABC TV show The Real O'Neals and Miss Piggy's doctor in the The Muppets episode, "Generally Inhospitable".
