Phil Funnie is Doug, Judy, and Dirtbike's father and a photographer for a department store. His personality is friendly, outgoing, and sometimes clumsy. His skin has a hint of orange, and he can be seen giving Doug advice, most of which is mostly, if not completely, useless. Skilled kite maker. In the Disney series, he was known as "Quail Dad".
