Paul Dooley is an American actor, writer, and comedian who has voiced Sarge in the Disney/Pixar films Cars, Cars 2, and Cars 3, Hank/Mall Santa in Recess Christmas: Miracle on Third Street, and played J. Wellington Wimpy in the 1980 Disney/Paramount co-produced film, Popeye, Coach Buck in Angels in the Endzone, Addison Prudy in Desperate Housewives, a hot dog vendor in Bedtime Stories, and Big Chuck in My Boyfriend's Back. He also appeared in other ABC Studios TV shows.
