Orlando Brown (born December 4, 1987) is an American actor on Disney Channel who has appeared on many Disney Channel Series such as That's So Raven as Eddie Thomas, Max Keeble's Big Move as Dobbs, The Proud Family as Sticky Webb, and Cornelius Fillmore, in Fillmore. He guest stared on Phil of the Future as Andy Baxley, and had a co-staring role as Frankie in the Disney Channel Original Movie Eddie's Million Dollar Cook-Off. Brown was also part of the Disney Channel Circle of Stars and sang the songs "Circle of Life" and "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes" with them, he can also be heard singing on the That's So Raven Soundtracks.
