History

He is one of the football players at Willy T. Ribbs Middle School and one of Sticky Webb's friends. He has messy hair and wears a black jacket. Omar first appears in "Rumors" as the school quarterback Penny and most other girls in the school have a crush on. Omar appears to be dimwitted, but is a good quarterback. Omar is mostly seen with Frankie, Sticky, and Duke mocking Penny and her friends.
