Oliver Warbucks is the deuteragonist of Annie. He is the resident of the mansion where Grace Farrell takes the title character, Annie, to visit for Christmas. He is a billionaire, so it is he who announces a $50,000 reward to the couple who can prove they are Annie's parents. He is in love with Grace, both of whom act as surrogate parents.

Warbucks is one of five Disney characters to appear on the Forbes Fictional 15 list at least once (although he has been on the list a few times). The other four are Scrooge McDuck, Flintheart Glomgold, Cruella De Vil, and Tony Stark (although he is a Marvel character).
