Nicholas Stoller (born March 19, 1976) is an English–American screenwriter and director.  He is known mainly for directing the 2008 comedy Forgetting Sarah Marshall, the Neighbors film series, and the 2016 Warner Bros animated comedy Storks.

For Disney, Stoller co-wrote the script for The Muppets, the 2011 Muppet movie, with Jason Segel. In March 2012, he signed to write the sequel.

While early reports said Stoller would also direct the film, in January 2010, James Bobin was hired to direct the film.
