Neal P. McDonough (born February 13, 1966) is an American film, television, actor and voice actor.
For Disney, he played Whit Bass in Angels in the Outfield, Sheriff in Balloon Farm, Dave Williams in Desperate Housewives, Jack Skinner in the 2006 Touchstone Pictures film, The Guardian and Dum Dum Dugan in the 2011 film Captain America: The First Avenger, the 2013 short Agent Carter, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., and the 2015 ABC/Marvel television show Agent Carter.
