Francis Corelli taught Miley Stewart, Oliver, and Lilly. He taught English, Geography, and Drama in middle school. He now teaches them History in high school.
Corelli lives with his mother, and is known for his exuberant and loud personality. He favors several students over others, such as celebrity student Jake Ryan. In the alternate timeline where Miley Stewart was Hannah Montana all the time, he was her private teacher and didn't care if she didn't turn in her assignments.
