Michael Gerard "Mike" Hagerty (born May 10, 1954) is an American actor, who is best known for playing comedic blue-collar workers, including his recurring roles as a building superintendent, Mr. Treeger on Friends, and the manager of a muffler shop on HBO's Lucky Louie.
For Disney, he portrayed Sykes in the 1999 film Inspector Gadget, and appeared as Captain Stretchy in Good Luck Charlie.
