Mieczysław Gajda (born July 13, 1931 in Warsaw, Poland - died April 27, 2017) - was a Polish theatre, film, television, and voice over actor. He has been active in the industry since the 1950's and is best known for voicing:
- Scrappy-Doo in the 1988 Polish VHS versions of The first, second and third incarnations of Hanna-Barbera TV series: Scooby-Doo & Scrappy-Doo (two series) and The New Scooby and Scrappy Doo Show (its role taken over by another Polish voice actor, Cezary Kwieciński)
- Brainy Smurf (pol. Smerf Ważniak) from Hanna-Barbera American-Belgian cartoon The Smurfs
- Daffy Duck from Looney Tunes (its role taken over by another Polish voice actor, Stefan Knothe)
- Benny the Ball from Hanna-Barbera cartoon Top Cat (its role taken over by another Polish voice actor, Piotr Bajor)
He has many roles in polish dubbing to Disney TV series.
Gajda died on April 27, 2017.
