Marlon Brando, Jr. was an American screen and stage actor and political activist who is widely regarded as having had a significant impact on the art of film acting. While he became notorious for his "mumbling" diction and exuding a raw animal magnetism, his mercurial performances were nonetheless highly regarded, and he is widely considered to have been one of the greatest and most influential actors of the 20th century.

Although he never had any Disney roles, his role as Don Vito Corleone from The Godfather was spoofed by Genie in the series Aladdin, and later in Aladdin and the King of Thieves. He was imitated a few times by Black Eyed Pea from Muppet Treasure Island, a Darkwing Duck villain named Newt Glimmer in the episode; "Hush, Hush Sweet Charlatan", and Louis from Louis in the Middle. Kermit the Frog later appeared in the role of Don Corleone in a short produced for The Odyssey Channel. He was mentioned in Bad Hair Day.

His role as Don Vito Corleone from The Godfather was also an inspiration that lead to the creation of Mr. Big in Zootopia.
