Maria's intelligent son, Tony Stark was born on May 29, 1970. After Maria and Howard's death, Tony became the CEO of Stark Industries.
Winter Soldier
Maria was killed by Barnes who was known as the Winter Soldier. Her husband, Howard was also killed. Barnes was the ally of Captain America and the Howling Commandos during their battle against H.Y.D.R.A.
