Little Dipper is one of Dottie and Dipstick's puppies together with Oddball and Domino. His spots are patterned to the constellation "Little Dipper," thus giving him his name (this is not official though). He also has a blue collar (both cartoon and live-action) like his father, Dipstick and his brother, Domino.

102 Dalmatians

Little Dipper first appears as a newborn puppy along with Oddball and Domino. He is later seen when Oddball attempts to get "spots" from a wet-inked paper machine when she suddenly gets flung out the window, but is seen hanging on to the windowsill. Little Dipper and the other puppies go out and try to save her, to which they succeed. He is later shown near the end of the film at the bakery, where he and the other pups use the machinery to help Oddball bake Cruella into a cake.

Trivia

The spots on his body are immaculately patterned to the constellation "Little Dipper," thus giving him his name. Although this isn't official, it is shown in the movie that his spots are very similar to his father's (Dipstick).
Despite being one of Dipstick and Dottie's pups, Little Dipper does not appear in the video game, 102 Dalmatians: Puppies to the Rescue.
Like Domino, some of his clip-arts are not consistent. Some feature him wearing a red collar, some feature him with a blue collar, and some feature him with white paws that contradict other clip-arts.
