Kenny (named Kouji in the original Japanese version) is a character in Stitch!. He is the older brother of Piko/Penny.
History
Kouji/Kenny is Piko/Penny's older brother, although they appear to hate each other for unknown reasons. However, in one episode, when Kouji/Kenny gets turned into a toddler by Babyfier, Piko/Penny is shown to feel sad for her brother, even though she usually despises him. Kouji/Kenny and his friends are also known as Piko/Penny's minions. He has a crush on Sae/Sasha, unbeknownst to her.
