Kenneth Mars (April 4, 1935 - February 12, 2011) was an American television, movie, and voice actor best noted for playing Franz Liebkind in The Producers (1968) and Inspector Kemp in Young Frankenstein (1974) both directed by Mel Brooks.

He voiced King Triton in The Little Mermaid (1989) and its sequel (2000). He also voiced Dr. Vile in The Little Mermaid series, Tuskernini in Darkwing Duck, Heimlich Menudo and Prof. Buzz in TaleSpin, and a Water Buffalo in Jungle Cubs. He also played Marshal Woolly Bill Hitchcock in The Apple Dumpling Gang Rides Again. He died on February 12, 2011 from Pancreatic Cancer, at the age of 75.
