Allen Kelsey Grammer (born February 21, 1955) is an American actor, voice actor, comedian, producer, director, writer, singer and activist who is best known for his role as Dr. Frasier Crane on the NBC sitcoms Cheers, Wings and Frasier. He is also most known as Sideshow Bob in the Fox animated series The Simpsons, Vladimir in Don Bluth's Anastasia, and Zozi in Bartok the Magnificent.

For Disney, he voiced Stinky Pete in the 1999 Disney/Pixar film Toy Story 2 and reprised the role again in the video game of the same name, Doctor Frankenollie in the Mickey Mouse short Runaway Brain, Dr. Ivan Krank in Teacher's Pet, and as the Narrator in Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas. He also played Frasier Crane from Cheers in The Magical World of Disney television special Mickey's 60th Birthday.

  • He was originally going to voice Henry J. Waternoose in the 2013 Disney/Pixar film Monsters University, he was originally going to replace his original voice actor James Coburn after his death in 2002, but the character was dropped from the film afterwards for unknown reasons, so the character made an appearance on a picture.
