Keke Palmer (Full name Lauren Keyana Palmer) is an actress and singer.

Keke Palmer was born on August 26, 1993 in Harvey, Illinois. She began singing in her church's choir at the age of five, and auditioned for a stage production of The Lion King at the age of nine. Her family moved to Los Angeles in 2004 so Palmer could pursue a screen career. Her first acting gig was as the niece of Queen Latifah's character in the 2004 film Barbershop 2: Back in Business. Between 2004 and 2006, she appeared in episodes of several television series. She played a supporting role in the film Madea's Family Reunion and starred in Akeelah and the Bee. She later stared in the DCOM Jump In! along with Corbin Bleu.

Keke sang two songs for her movie Jump In! one called It's My Turn Now the other called Jumpin. She also can be heard on DisneyMania 5 singing True To Your Heart from Mulan. She has signed a record deal with Atlantic Records, and is currently working on her debut music album.
