Kay Panabaker is the sister of Danielle Panabaker, both are actresses who have appeared on Disney Channel. Kay was born May 2, 1990 in Orange, Texas. She did some Various voice work on Monsters, Inc. and had the voice of the cheerleader Lacey in one episode of the second season of American Dragon: Jake Long. Kay played the part of Debbie Berwick on Phil of the Future as well as having staring roles in the Disney Channel Original Movies Life Is Ruff as Emily Watson and Read It and Weep as Jamie Bartlett. She is also on the Disney Channel games of 2006 on the Red team.
