John Kassir is an American actor and voice actor who is best known for voicing the Crypt-Keeper host on the HBO horror anthology series Tales from the Crypt, Mervis and Dunglap in the Nickelodeon series CatDog, Raymundo "Ray" Rocket in Rocket Power, Fallbot in Danger Rangers, and Crazy Smurf in the live-action Smurfs films. He is also well-known for being the current voice of Buster Bunny in the Warner Bros. animated series Tiny Toon Adventures (taking over Charlie Adler's role in the late final season), as well as voicing numerous characters in video games, such as Jibolba in the Tak and the Power of Juju series and Rizzo, Ghost Roaster, Short Cut, Captain Frightbeard, Spellslamzer, and Pit Boss in the Skylanders franchise. Additionally, he is known for his various roles in Season 1 of The Amanda Show.

For Disney, he voiced Meeko in the 1995 animated film Pocahontas and its direct-to-video sequel; Wigglenog in Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go!;  a Toon Bottle in Bonkers; Rats in The Little Mermaid TV series; Beldar in the Mighty Ducks TV series; additional voices in Timon & Pumbaa; Charon in the Hercules TV series; Marl, Evan Zarl, Snark, and Zinko in Buzz Lightyear of Star Command; additional voices in Kim Possible; Tripp Nickerson in The Weekenders; and additional voices in Monsters University.

In the 2016 remake of Pete's Dragon, Kassir provided the vocal effects for Elliott. He also played Rocky and Armando in George of the Jungle 2, Jean Michel in Encino Woman, and Chuck in Race to Witch Mountain.
