Joseph Francis "Joe" Alaskey III (April 17, 1952 - February 3, 2016) was an American stand-up comedian, actor, voice actor, and impressionist, best known for being Mel Blanc's successor as the voice of several Looney Tunes as well Plucky Duck on Tiny Toons Adventures and other Warner Bros. cartoon characters. He was also well known as the voice of Grandpa Lou Pickles on Rugrats (inheriting the role after David Doyle's death in 1997).

For Disney, he voiced Yosemite Sam and Foghorn Leghorn in Who Framed Roger Rabbit (he had taken the role of Yosemite Sam because Blanc refused to voice him due to the voice always being rough on his throat), and was heard as the voice-over announcer for Toon Disney from 2001 to 2004. He also voiced Lobster Mobster in The Little Mermaid television series, Little Jimmy in Timon & Pumbaa, Flaps the Elephant in Bonkers and Soda Vendbot/Newspaper Vendbot in Buzz Lightyear of Star Command.
