Job Unfair is the twenty-eighth episode of Kim Possible.
Synopsis[]
Drakken & Shego are at Wacky Wally's retail shop. A weather machine catches Drakken's attention and he tells Wally "we'll take it." When the salesman tries to lead him to the office to fill out purchase paperwork, he repeats that he means they'll literally take it (as in steal) and proceed to do so.
Meanwhile, Middleton High is holding a career week, where the students get partnered with a mentor who will train them in their field. Kim decides to try her hand at International Diplomacy, but she accidentally collides with Joe the janitor, and is forced to work with him, much to her displeasure. Her brothers play with the vaccum and ask her about her janiter job to which Kim rants that she hates it. She's so busy ranting she doesn’t notice the vaccum overloading and it explodes, covering her and the whole kitchen in dust. To make matters worse, her mom is a mentor working with Bonnie. As for Ron, he is unable to find a mentor and decides to give up on the whole thing, until he receives a mysterious message from a spy, and quickly embraces his new calling.
When Wade learns about the weather machine theft, the two head for Wacky Wally's, just as Shego returns there to steal the manual for the machine, since they are having trouble operating it. Ron's attempts to help with his spy gadgets only allow the villainess to slip away, and Drakken eventually begins draining the Great Lakes. Back at school Joe tries to teach a disinterested Kim how to disable a "Vacromiter", when she is called away to "BN Headquarters" by Wade. There, she learns of the trouble in Canada, and she and Ron head off to stop Drakken, but are captured (after Ron accidentally turns his immobilization ray back on himself) and tied to a lightning rod.
Suddenly, Joe shows up and frees them, revealing himself as a Canadian spy and Ron's mentor, and explains that his training for Kim was actually to help her learn to shut down the weather machine. While attempting to do so, Kim battles Shego, until Ron crashes into her; drawing upon what Joe taught her, Kim disables the machine and floods the cockpit, saving the day. Back at Middleton High, Kim says her goodbyes to Joe and things are well again... until the new janitor, Ludwig, reveals he is a Bavarian spy who needs Kim's help. Here we go again...
