Joan Ann Plowright, Baroness Olivier of Brighton, DBE (born October 28, 1929), more commonly known as Dame Joan Plowright, is an English actress who played Nanny in the 1996 Disney live-action remake of 101 Dalmatians and voiced Baylene the Brachiosaurus in the 2000 Disney animated film Dinosaur. She also played Mrs. Crawford in the 1996 Touchstone Pictures film Mr. Wrong, Harriet Hibbons in The Scarlet Letter and Mrs. Linzer in A Pyromaniac's Love Story.
