Jim Meskimen (born September 10, 1959) is an American comedian, impressionist and actor, known for his work on the improvisation show Whose Line Is It Anyway?.

For Disney, he is a "voice double" for Genie from the Aladdin franchise. He first voiced the character in the 2008 video game Disney Th!nk Fast and began voicing him in other projects, including Kinect Disneyland Adventures and Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom.

He also voiced Mortimer Mouse in the Disney Sports video game series, Black Barty in Kinect Disneyland Adventures, additional voices in Epic Mickey and The Mad Doctor in Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two.
