Jewel Belair Staite (born June 2, 1982) is a Canadian actress.
For Disney she played Rebecca "Becca" Fisher in Flash Forward, Tiara VanHorn in Honey, I Shrunk the Kids: The TV Show, and Erin Cherloff in the ABC TV show Castle. She will play Jackie and Angela Truman in Take Two.
